Angela leads R&D Global Talent Acquisition and our Talent Operations Center of Excellence. In her role, Angela and her team drive Pure’s talent innovation agenda with a focus on accessing previously unfound talent pools. It is these efforts, in particular, that are helping Pure continually diversify our perspectives, experiences and organization capabilities . Prior to joining Pure in 2014, Angela launched and trained global teams on a new way to source top engineering talent at Amazon Web Services which continues to be a thriving hiring channel at Amazon today. Leading with creativity, agility, and compassion, she’s helped Pure scale from 400 to 4,000 and is inspired by the journey ahead as Pure pivots into the as-a-service space.
