Shawn Rosemarin

Shawn Rosemarin is Global Vice President - Emerging Technology Solution Sales for Pure Storage. As part of the Global Executive Sales Leadership Team, Shawn holds direct accountability for strategy and sales of Pure's Emerging Technology Portfolio including FlashBlade and Portworx. Prior to this role Shawn was Worldwide Vice-President of Systems Engineering where he led a team of 500+ incredibly smart and talented technical pre-sales professionals. Prior to this role, Shawn was the SVP and CTO for Hitachi Vantara with responsibility for global pre-sales as well as Hitachi’s Industry Solutions Group and spent four years as a Chief Technologist at VMware. Shawn’s passion is working closely with customers to help them transform digitally with everything from private/hybrid/multicloud to application modernization and emerging IoT solutions. Over the past 18 years, Shawn has gained experience with various technology organizations, including VMware, Dell, and IBM. An active seminar presenter, Shawn enjoys sharing experiences, simplifying complex concepts, and highlighting best practices. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from Queen’s University.
