In March 2016, when we introduced FlashBlade® to market, we had set out on a mission to help our customers tackle their file and object storage challenges. Our goal was to deliver a storage platform that can support the growing and diverse file and object workloads to help our customers meet the demands of modern data and applications. Thanks to our customers’ support, FlashBlade has delivered consistent year-over-year growth every quarter since it has been in the market. Today, more than 25% of Fortune 100 depend on FlashBlade to address their modern unstructured data challenge. FlashBlade continues to expand and diversify its customer base at an exponential rate.
As we celebrate five years of FlashBlade, we couldn’t have asked for a better gift than being recognized as a Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Distributed File Systems and Object Storage in the March 2021 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’. Adding to this incredible honor, we were the only vendor named a Customers’ Choice for the Large Enterprise and one of only three vendors to be named a Customers’ Choice for the North America region.
As of January 31, 2021, FlashBlade scored 4.8 out of 5 in Gartner’s Peer Reviews (based on 64 end-user reviews), and at 97%, achieved the highest recognition among the vendors for customers’ “willingness to recommend.” This information reaffirms our belief that FlashBlade customers are among the happiest in the industry, and our Net Promoter Score of 83.5, which is in the top 1% of B2B companies, confirms that.
