At Pure Storage, we designed our Performance, Education, and Knowledge (PEAK) Training program to be much more than certifications alone, and it just earned a Gold award for Best Certification Program in Learning and Development in the Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®.

The Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® are the gold standard in learning and development recognition. For 32 years, organizations across six continents have entered submissions, which are evaluated for strategy, innovation, program design, and measurable impact.
It’s our second consecutive win in the category, and a step up from our Bronze win in 2024. The win tells a bigger story, though: We succeed when our customers succeed. Our entry didn’t just showcase training modules or exam pass rates; we showed how Pure Storage has reinvented the relationship between tech vendors and the professionals who depend on them.
