I can’t believe it’s been nine years since our first Pure//Accelerate®! Each year gets better, and this year was no exception. From the inspiring sessions and meaningful partner conversations to exciting product announcements and a few fun surprises, this was a celebration of how far we’ve come and where we’re headed next.
At Pure Storage, we believe in the power of our partner ecosystem. Together, we’re helping customers simplify their operations, unlock the full value of their data, and prepare for what’s next—especially as AI and hybrid cloud redefine the future of enterprise infrastructure. That was the spirit of this year’s event, and I’m excited to share the latest from Pure//Accelerate and Pure//Partner Forum 2025.
This year’s announcements introduced new solutions to help businesses manage data more easily, efficiently, and securely, while also recognizing the partners who help bring these innovations to life. Whether it’s improving performance, reducing costs, or supporting modern workloads, we’re working side by side with partners to deliver outcomes that matter.
Delivering a Unified Data Experience
Enterprises today are navigating an increasingly complex data landscape—managing information across on-prem, cloud, and hosted environments. And for those embracing AI at scale, the challenge is only growing.
To solve this, we’re introducing a bold new architectural approach to data storage and management: the Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC). It gives organizations the ability to centrally manage a virtualized cloud of data with unified control—spanning on-premises, public cloud, and hybrid. This enables intelligent, autonomous data management and governance across the entire environment.
The Pure Storage platform allows customers to build out their own EDC, giving them the ability to unify data from across their estate into a virtualized cloud of data that is governed by an intelligent control plane for easy management—and delivered as a service. With new capabilities added to Pure Fusion™ and Pure1®, customers get new levels of simplicity and agility across their entire data estate.
We also introduced new innovations to the platform that bring industry-leading performance, efficiency, and simplicity to handle your most challenging workloads. These new announcements include the next generation of FlashArray™ and FlashBlade® offerings, which deliver performance at any scale:
- FlashArray//XL™ R5 sets the bar for performance at extreme scale so customers can consolidate diverse workloads into a unified platform.
- FlashArray//ST™ is a new offering optimized for latency-sensitive workloads such as in-memory databases, large OLTP, log writing, and scale-out and sharded NoSQL databases.
- FlashBlade//S™ R2 performs up to 30% better than competitors across critical workloads.
- A single architecture of block, file, and object simplifies data management on a single unified platform to deliver a consistent experience.
These innovations help businesses reduce cost, improve agility, and scale sustainably, while laying a strong foundation for AI and future growth.
Over the past year, we consistently heard from our partners about how their customers are struggling with increased data storage complexity. As businesses scale their IT environments, adopt new technologies, and implement hybrid cloud strategies, the challenge only grows. It was incredibly rewarding to announce new capabilities designed to help our partners cut through this complexity and deliver the agility, performance, and simplicity their customers need. I’m excited to see how these innovations will help organizations accelerate their journey toward smarter, more sustainable infrastructure.
