We evaluate changes and enhancements to the program annually to ensure we continue to offer competitive benefits that partners can enjoy while growing their own businesses.
This year, our focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) has expanded. We’ve added more training and assessment courses to enhance a partner’s ability to drive deeper conversations with customers. We’ve designed a Sustainability Specialist training for partners to familiarize themselves with energy consumption requirements. We’re also putting our partners in the best position to deliver sustainable options, such as Pure’s Evergreen® subscription solutions, by creating a greater emphasis on ESG.
The need to reduce carbon emissions is table stakes in many deals around the world, and Pure is here to help our partners when those discussions begin. The more our partners know, the more deals they can pursue and win.
The WaveMakers Program
Partner programs across the IT industry vary in scope and benefits. At Pure, the Elite level of our program offers partners more… more training options, more field support, and more rewards for growing their businesses with Pure solutions. In fact, all Elite partners sell the entire Pure portfolio, including FlashArray™, FlashBlade®, Evergreen, and Portworx®.
We also provide tools for Elite partners to quote, win, and close deals faster. It saves them time and shortens the sales cycle when don’t need to rely on Pure account managers in every deal. Our Elite partners can also leverage Market Development Funds to support their growth. Working with Elite partners provides a better buying experience for customers when they’re uncomplicating their data storage.
Pure’s WaveMakers program is a complementary program designed to support partners who are technical experts. WaveMakers provides opportunities for our tech-savvy partners to earn certifications and gain rewards throughout the year. Members of the WaveMakers community get access to exclusive events, content, roadmaps, beta testing, training, and much more. It’s a great companion to the Pure Partner Program.
