It’s always exciting to be recognized by our partners and the industry, especially when Pure Storage’s strategic direction and investments help customers with their business success. I’m delighted to share that it’s happened again: Pure Storage is a 2022 CRN Annual Report Card (ARC) winner!
For the past 37 years, CRN has conducted a survey of industry solution providers to determine which vendors are performing well across 25 product technology categories. Partners grade IT vendors on a total of 21 criteria spanning four areas: product innovation, support, partnership, and managed and cloud services. Vendors receive average scores for each criteria segment and an overall score for the technology category.
Pure Sweeps the Cloud Storage Category
It was thrilling to learn that Pure swept the entire category of Cloud Storage. Solution providers in North America had the opportunity to grade the performance of their IT vendor partners for the 2022 CRN Annual Report Card, which was published in August. That means we won top recognition in all four criteria segments. All. Four. Criteria. Segments. Plus, we captured the highest rating in the support category in the Enterprise Network Storage Hardware segment. This is great news for our partners and for the customers buying our products and solutions!
This is not the first time we’ve made CRN’s ARC list. We were recognized as the top provider of both partnership and support in the Enterprise Network Storage category previously. Since day one, Pure has been a 100% partner model by delivering our solutions to the market through a global ecosystem via all routes to market. We’ve placed a high value on delivering exceptional support to customers with our partners.
One way we measure our impact on customer satisfaction is by monitoring our Net Promoter Score (NPS). The industry standard NPS for IT vendors is around 60. However, Pure’s NPS has been in the top 1% for several years, and this year we achieved an NPS of 85.2! We bring this passion for exceptional customer service across our entire portfolio of products and solutions, including hybrid and multi-cloud offerings.
Evolving and Innovating as Demands Change
At our inception more than a dozen years ago, Pure established itself as a storage and data management technology solutions company. As the industry and customer needs have evolved, so have we. We’ve made strategic decisions on where and how to expand our abilities to ensure we deliver solutions that help partners and customers be successful. Analysts call it “a complete, enterprise-grade solution with outstanding data management capabilities, unmatched deployment possibilities, and superior management features.” I’m excited to see where our Portworx portfolio takes us next.
