Jason serves as the VP Talent Management & Chief Diversity Officer. He works to enable enterprise scaling through the lens of Talent/DEI strategy and oversee the design and execution of Pure’s enterprise wide strategy for the following functions: talent management, performance management, L&D, leadership development, employee relations, and DEI.
