Being recognized as a Great Place To Work® less than two years after setting up R&D operations in India is an important milestone in our journey and a testament to the collective effort of all our teams.

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on building, sustaining, and recognizing High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ at workplaces. As part of this assessment, Great Place To Work® measured the perceptions of our employees using the Great Place To Work® Trust Index™ Employee Survey on five key dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.

It was heartening to see that we scored above the industry average (India Top 100 – Great Mid-size Workplaces) in three key areas: equity, fairness, and work-life balance.

The company gives all the tools to succeed. If something is lagging, you get to reflect on yourself before questioning the environment. Promotions are transparent, so good work is always rewarded. It’s up to you to decide which gear you want to work. Workplace amenities are the best.”
