Pure1 Report Center: Now with Email Scheduling

With the release of Pure1 email scheduling, you can now choose from and configure eight different report templates and schedule email deliveries.

On the heels of our initial Pure1® Report Center release earlier this year, we’ve been hard at work to provide a long-sought-after capability: report scheduling and automated email delivery. Here, we will talk more about Pure1 with email scheduling.

We’re excited to announce that all Pure1 users can now sit back and relax even more in the Pure1 Report Center “self-driving car.” Choose from eight report templates, configure them with report-specific filters (such as arrays for array-centric reports and data granularity for performance reports), and schedule them to run on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Have them delivered automatically to your email whenever you choose. Just select the day, time, and time zone you prefer.

In addition, this new scheduling feature also enables you to send reports to teammates and management. This workflow automation lets you save time and effort, and avoid undue stress from having to gather the data, generate a report, and put together an email. Now it’s easy and automatic. For example, if you want to send a weekly capacity report to your boss, you can schedule Pure1 Report Center to send the report to your boss’s inbox every Wednesday at midnight or early in the morning in their time zone, whatever they prefer.

As I wrote in a previous REST API post, an image is worth 1,000 words, but a video is worth a 1,000 images. Here’s one showcasing all of the cool features we packed into this release. I hope you’ll find it useful and educational.

Be sure to check out the new Pure1 Report Center and don’t hesitate to let us know what you think by using the feedback link in the bottom right-hand corner of the Reporting page.
