Being recognized as a Great Place To Work® less than two years after setting up R&D operations in India is an important milestone in our journey and a testament to the collective effort of all our teams.

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on building, sustaining, and recognizing High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ at workplaces. As part of this assessment, Great Place To Work® measured the perceptions of our employees using the Great Place To Work® Trust Index™ Employee Survey on five key dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.

It was heartening to see that we scored above the industry average (India Top 100 – Great Mid-size Workplaces) in three key areas: equity, fairness, and work-life balance.
