We initially introduced the Pure1 Mobile Application in October 2018, and since then, we’ve witnessed a rapid adoption rate among our customer base. Our primary objective with the Pure1 mobile app is to take self-driving storage monitoring and management to the next level.
With the app, you can now analyze and explore your storage infrastructure, whether it’s FlashArray™ or FlashBlade®, anytime and anywhere. Our aim is to empower IT managers by providing them with seamless access to their storage environment, allowing them to make informed decisions and take the necessary actions on the go.
By leveraging the Pure1 Mobile Application, IT managers gain enhanced visibility of their storage performance, capacity, and overall system health. They can conveniently monitor key metrics, receive real-time alerts and notifications, and gain valuable insights to optimize their storage infrastructure.

- Accelerate remediation: Simplify troubleshooting and issue resolution with Remote Assist Support. Initiate remote support sessions directly from the app, allowing Pure Storage support personnel to securely access your storage environment and provide timely assistance.
We also invested in revamping the user experience and interface of the app. The completely new look and feel of the Pure1 Mobile Application provides a modern and intuitive design, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.
